The Sky Hunter Phalanx in the battlereport focuses on bikes, jetbikes, javelins and proteus speeders which according to the symbols used are all vanguard slots for five slots used in total.
The Blood Angels army has a Sky Hunter Phalanx and a Drop pod Assault in addition to the known Armoured Company. I had another look at the October White Dwarf battle report now that we know the formations in the book and as I already expected there are other formations used in that battlereport we don't have yet.
